I am a director of perspecto.studio.

I have worked in both the GLAM (Galleries, Libraries, Archives and Museums) and Education sectors for over 10 years, and for the past 5 years this was primarily supporting software and product.

I worked for Jisc from July 2020 to December 2025, in the roles of Software Tester, Software Developer, Technical Specialist and Product Manager. I worked on the Jisc website, Jisc Online Surveys, Octopus, HEDD for Prospects, and for 3 and a half years I worked on the UK archive aggregator, Archives Hub - including on the innovation project, 'IIIF and Machine Learning'. I was involved in Digital Accessibility across Jisc and I performed Accessibility audits as well as guidance on how to fix issues.

I worked for the University of Manchester from October 2016 to December 2020, and during this period I worked within the Special Collections at the John Rylands Library and the University of Manchester Library. I also worked in the Heritage Collections which included museum objects and artworks. I performed a varied role of physical sorting, listing and engagement, as well as creating TEI XML for digital collections.
